Little Tots Daycare accepts authorized DSHS subsidy payments that includes absent days per month, any days absent from private clients you must paid the daily rate and the annual registration fee in the amount of $125.00 dollar or (income pay scale) every annually or six month. Parents are responsible for their monthly payment, co-pay in advance, overtime fees, late fees and returned money order fees. At LTDP, we don't discuss our rates in email or on the telephone, and we go by a pay scale of parent's income. We will be happy to schedule an appointment to discuss the rates and a tour of the daycare. Our rates are affordable and do have payment plan to meet parent(s) needs.
Overtime: For subsidy's client and private's client, children aren't allowed to be in daycare no more than 10 hours per day unless DSHS is approved for subsidy's client overtime. If subsidy's client don't notify DSHS to get approve for overtime early, subsidy's clients will be responsible for the overtime bill. Private clients must be approved by the director for overtime.
Fees
Arrival Late/Early Fee: $2.00 dollar per minutes unless prearrange with prior approvals.
No Show Fee: $5.00 dollar assessed if child is not brought as arranged without notice in addition to contracted rate.
Late Payment Fee: $20.00 dollar per day if payment is not received by the 3rd each month. You must notify (LTD) director no later than the 25th before payment due date to make payment arrangement. You will also be charged court cost, if payment isn't made and attorney fee within 10 days.
Returned Check Fee: We have a policy no personal check, only accept money order or cash. If there is a returned money order, there is a fee in the amount of $35.00 dollar. You will receive a receipt for all monthly daycare.
1st and 2nd half Payments: Childcare payments are due upon enrollment for the 1st monthly payment/or 2nd half monthly payment of childcare, if your payment is too high. Keep in mind that the childcare payment is due on the 1st no later the 3rd of each month by 6 PM. Example - example if your monthly payment is $700 a month. the first payment of $350 dollar and second half payment of $350 dollar, if you're eligible. A total in the amount of $700 dollar, and registration fee are due on the first day of childcare enrollment.
Registration Fee: There is an nonrefundable yearly and six month registration fee of $125.00 dollar or (income pay scale) per child to cover administrative costs. Every September, the registration fee is due again for each child or every six months or anniversary date of enrollment. Rates may be increased accordingly, January or August a 30-day notice will be given for rate increases. The fee is used for update information, field trip, arts and crafts, etc. If other adjustments are needed, a 14-day written notice will be given.
Definitions
Full Time: Childcare contracted on a set schedule time slot 5 hours more per day, 4 -5 days per week.
Part Time: Childcare contracted on a set schedule time slot less than 20 hours per week, 3 day a week. Part Time can request for a full time slot for their child. Should a potential client need a full time slot, a termination notice may be with the option of parent paying the part-time rate to preserve the child’s slot for full-time. Daycare can only be guaranteed to children that attend full time.
Drop In: Any requested childcare outside of the contracted day or hours, no overnight. There is a $47.00 dollar minimum per 2.5 hour (Sunday thru Saturday) and, it must be pre-approved through the provider~only for establish clients at the daycare, must be current on their bill.
Before/After School: Includes breakfast and afternoon snack. Care will not begin before 7:00 AM or end later than 6:00 PM any day that school is not in session, a full day rate will be charged.
Late/Early: If the child is brought more than 2 minutes early or picked up more than 2 minutes late from the contracted or arranged time, the Arrival Late/Early Fee will be assessed as described above.
No Show: If your child will not be attending (Little Tots Daycare), a one-hour notice of absence is required. If notice is not received, the fee will be assessed in addition to the regular fee for the day.
Sick/Vacation Days: In the event that your child is ill and needs to miss a day, please call one hour before arrival time. If NO notice is given, you will be charged the NO SHOW fee in addition to the normal daily rate. If your child has an extended illness due to diarrhea, vomiting, fever and etc., please keep them home to recovery. Children aren't allowed at daycare due to illness. Upon the child returns to daycare, please bring a doctor's note.
If you are taking vacation, your child will not be attending; you will be charged 100%. I require 2 week notice of vacation time and payment for that time in advance.
Provider illness/vacation: I, myself will give you plenty of notice if there are times when I know that I will be unable to provide daycare, so other arrangement can be made. I will give you two weeks’ notice of my vacation schedule.

During this stressful time, LTD is expanding their service due to this crisis time in daycare set-up new prospective clients, Mental Health, Counseling-Mortgage, Notary, Roadside Assistance, Traveling/Hotel and Car Rental.
